- Unused credit packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
- Partly used packs can be refunded for the unused part within 14 days if the results did not work for you. Tell us what went wrong so we can improve.
- Technical failures: if a removal fails, the credit is returned automatically. If it was not, contact us and we will add it back.
