Images you upload
Your image and the area you paint are sent to our AI processing provider (Replicate) only to generate the result. We delete the uploaded files right after processing, and the provider automatically deletes the processing record, including the result, within one hour. We do not store your photos, share them, or use them to train AI models.
Usage data
To prevent abuse and enforce free daily limits, we keep a count of requests per IP address for up to 48 hours. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that requests come from a human; Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address and browser information for this purpose.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views. It does not use cookies to track you across sites.
Payments
If you buy credits, payment is processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. We receive your email address and order details, never your full card number.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@swiftremover.com.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
